Terms of Use

1. What the service does

The system assembles social media posts from images and text, generates videos from those posts, and sends them to connected accounts on Instagram, a Facebook Page, and TikTok at the time chosen by the operator.

2. Who may use it

Access is restricted to people expressly authorized by INNERA LABS LLC who are at least 18 years old. There is no public sign-up. Accounts are created and removed by the administrator.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account. Notify support@inneracorp.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Content

Content created in the system — images, text, captions, and videos — belongs to INNERA LABS LLC. You represent that you hold the necessary rights to any file you upload.

5. Use of connected platforms

By connecting an Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok account, you are also bound by those platforms' terms and policies. The system publishes only to accounts connected by their own holder, and only when an operator requests it.

We do not use those platforms’ APIs to collect third-party data, to automate engagement (likes, follows, comments), or for any purpose other than publishing our own brand’s content.

6. Music and copyright

The system allows audio tracks to be embedded into videos. Whoever uploads a track is responsible for holding the license required to use it. Commercial music embedded in a file may be muted or removed by the platforms, and the system warns about this at the moment of choice.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use the system to:

• publish illegal, misleading, defamatory, or hateful content, or content that infringes third parties' rights;
• attempt to access accounts, data, or areas you are not authorized to access;
• circumvent technical limits, security measures, or the rules of connected platforms;
• automate social interactions (likes, follows, comments) or generate artificial engagement.

8. Availability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we depend on third-party services (hosting, social platforms, AI providers) that may fail or change their rules.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, INNERA LABS LLC is not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost reach, removal of posts by the platforms, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms removes rights granted by the law of your country that cannot be waived by contract.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate any operator’s access at any time, particularly for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Changes

We may change these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, where INNERA LABS LLC is incorporated, without prejudice to rights granted by the law of your country of residence. Contact: support@inneracorp.com.
